Responsibilities

1/ Graphic Design

Design and produce marketing materials such as banners, backdrops, name cards, company profiles, and proposals.
Redraw and convert customer-provided building maps (CAD, etc.) into digital maps suitable for integration into BDApp (using Illustrator and related tools).
Create visual content for internal and external communication, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.

2/ UI/UX Support

Collaborate with the product team to design and improve user interfaces for the Mobile App, Desktop App, and Website.
Support in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experience.

3/ Multimedia Editing

Perform basic photo editing and retouching for use in communication and presentations.
Support simple video editing tasks for promotional or training content.

4/ Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure design outputs align with project requirements.
Provide creative input to strengthen the company’s visual identity and branding.

Requirements

1/ At least 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.

2/ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (must-have), Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.

3/ Experience in PowerPoint design for professional presentations and proposals.

4/ Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is an advantage.

5/ Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.

6/ Basic skills in photo and video editing.

7/ Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

8/ Team player with good English communication and collaboration skills.
