About HR Executive Position
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and people-oriented HR Executive to take ownership of key HR functions related to internal engagement, communications, training, and employer branding.
Responsibilities
1. Internal Activities & Engagement
- Plan and organize internal events: company trip, team buildings, sport club,
- Propose and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
2. Internal Communication
- Manage internal communication channels (internal platforms, emails, chat groups).
- Draft and publish internal announcements, newsletters, and event recaps.
- Ensure timely and clear communication of HR policies, programs, and company news.
3. Employer Branding
- Work with the recruitment team to plan and implement employer branding strategies.
- Manage online employer presence across job boards and social media platforms.
- Support external events such as job fairs, campus talks, and career days.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programs based on company and departmental needs.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Monitor training effectiveness and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, especially in internal engagement, communication, employer branding, or training.
- Good reading and writing skills in English; strong verbal communication is a plus.
- Experience in C&B and a good understanding of labour laws is a big plus.
- Creative mindset, ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
