Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

Support in preparing and maintaining HR-related documentation
Update and manage new employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
Provide support in the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, posting jobs, screening CVs, etc.
Handle administrative tasks such as invoice collection and payment processing
Monitor procurement costs and suggest improvements where applicable
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure timely restocking
Conduct internal audits of HR documents, IT systems, administrative workflows, and security policies

Requirements

Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with good logical thinking and communication skills
Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
