1. Procurement Management:
- Develop and implement procurement plans for materials and goods based on business and production needs
- Source, evaluate, and select domestic and international suppliers; negotiate and sign contracts
- Manage and control the quality of procured goods and services to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance; propose improvement measures
- Control procurement costs and optimize logistics and import expenses
- Manage warehouse inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding shortages or overstock
2. Import-Export Management:
- Develop and implement import-export processes and plans in compliance with laws and regulations
- Monitor and control the entire import-export process, including customs procedures, logistics, and delivery
- Liaise with customs authorities, shipping companies, and relevant partners
- Handle issues arising during import-export operations
- Stay updated on changes in policies and regulations related to import-export
3. Personnel Management:
- Develop and assign work plans and tasks for department staff
- Train, guide, and evaluate employee performance
- Foster a professional and effective working environment
4. Other Responsibilities:
- Report on procurement and import-export operations to the Board of Directors
- Advise the Board on matters related to procurement and import-export strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
- Plan and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy
