  • We are looking for a Manager, Integrated Management System (IMS) who plans, manages and controls all the management procedures and process related to the integration management systems to make sure compliance and improvement of the internal control system & management.

Responsibilities

Integrated Management System (IMS) Leadership:

  • Strategic Development & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), encompassing Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety (QEOHS), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Business Continuity Management (BCM) aspects. This includes defining scope, establishing policies, setting objectives, and designing processes in alignment with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018), internal department(s)/ division(s) and all relevant local regulatory requirements in Vietnam.
  • System Integration & Harmonization: Drive the seamless integration and harmonization of various management systems into a single, cohesive, and efficient framework, eliminating redundancies and optimizing workflows across departments.

 

Compliance & Auditing:

  • Audit & Certification Management: Plan, execute, and manage internal IMS audits, including scheduling, conducting, reporting findings, and tracking corrective and preventive actions. Act as the primary liaison with external auditor & certification bodies, ensuring successful certification and surveillance audits.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IMS effectiveness on a regular basis. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency through regular performance reviews, management reviews, and root cause analysis. Assist in proposing strategies and action plans for the key findings from auditors to close the gap.

 

Change Management & Reporting:

  • Training & Awareness Programs: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive IMS-related training programs and awareness campaigns for all levels of employees, ensuring a strong understanding of IMS principles, procedures, and their individual responsibilities.
  • Documentation & Control: Oversee the rigorous control and management of all IMS documentation, including maintaining a robust system for policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records, ensuring they are current, accurate, accessible, and compliant with control requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with various departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to foster a strong IMS culture and ensure cross-functional buy-in and adherence. Reporting to Management on the performance of the IMS and recommendations fpr improvement.
  • Conduct/ Facilitate IMS Committee Meetings.

 

Corporate Planning & Portfolio/Asset Management Support:

  • Provide support to the Head of Corporate Planning, Portfolio & Asset Management in strategic planning activities, including data gathering, basic analysis, and preparation of relevant documents.
  • Assist in monitoring strategic & sustainability-related initiatives and preparing summary reports for internal review.
  • Support data collection and analysis for portfolio and asset performance reviews.
  • Contribute to the basic documentation and administrative aspects of investment evaluations, project development and asset management strategies.

 

Others:

 

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Management as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven professional certification as an Internal auditor or Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is highly preferred.
  • Deep IMS Expertise: Extensive knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and their practical application.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and meticulous problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying root causes of non-conformities and developing effective corrective actions within an IMS context.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese languages for training, auditing, and report writing. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to drive IMS compliance and culture.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage IMS projects, audits, and improvement initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in IMS documentation, records, and audit findings.
  • Adaptability & Proactivity: Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and pro-actively identify and address IMS-related risks and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required, especially for documentation and reporting.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
