Your role & responsibilities
- Implement of MBIST / SCAN
- Provide LEC and SDC scripts for Formal Verification and Timing Constraint Check
- Discuss with Test Engineers to provide solutions to DFT Testing
Your skills & qualifications
- From 3 years work experience
- Major EE/CS
- Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell
- Familiar with VErilog / RTL
- English communication (prefer candidate with TOEIC 730-855 or relevant)
