About Company
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area for a Game Backend. As a Game Backend Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side components of our games which involve complex game logic, real-time data processing and integrating with various services and APIs. You should be familiar with software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and have a passion for interactive applications and game development.
Your role & responsibilities
- Develop and support backend API for the company and related projects
- Write clean, composable, and maintainable code as you develop world-class products
- Building sustainable, reusable, testable and efficient coding to be used in the future
- Collaborate and troubleshoot with other development teams to achieve a target
- Stay up to date on new technology stacks
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Good at English communication
- Strong programming skills in Node.js and its modern ES6+ syntax and features
- Strong understanding of server-side architecture and experience in backend development
- Strong in backend engineering skills and understands the need to balance scalability, security and performance.
- Good understanding of software design patterns
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development life cycle
- Having experience using version control software
- Having ability to adapt to various culture and environments.
- Having experience of JavaScript, TypeScript is a plus
