We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to join our team. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing stylish and comfortable apparels that cater to customer needs and align with current market trends. This role demands specialized knowledge of bra/pants products, apparel design, garment construction, and consumer insights to create high-quality products that stand out in the market.

Responsibilities

Product design & Collaboration

Create design concepts & technical drawings, with specifications for fabrics, trims, and construction methods.
Collaborate with technical designers, tech pack designers, 3D designers to deliver timely and accurate execution of designs from concept to final product, including ensuring design feasibility, creating 3D models, and developing samples.
Collaborate with marketing team to highlight the unique features and benefits of the products.

Customer & Market analysis

Conduct in-depth research to understand customer preferences, pain points, and market trends specific to the developing apparel type (particularly for senior women in the US).
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring designs meet consumer needs and expectations.
Gather market testing insights to refine design approach.

Design process innovation

Participate in side projects to improve team approach to design.
Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and industry innovations.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Specialized knowledge of BRA / PANTS products, including design principles, fit, functionality, materials & technique.
Bachelor's/Associate degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer/Technical Designer, with at least 2 years of focus on either intimate or bottomwear designs.
Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and best practice for intimate apparel.
Excellent technical drawing skills, with a keen eye for visualization, details, and color coordination. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for technical sketches.
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, manufacturing, etc.).
Ability to effectively meet deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements.
Proficiency in English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record in the US fashion market or working with US-based brands.
