- Product usage (equipment, software, tools).
- Practical troubleshooting and case-based learning.
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions, ensuring engagement and clear knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate participants understanding through assessments and feedback surveys to continuously improve training quality.
2. Curriculum Development
- Develop structured training content tailored to various target audiences such as dentists, lab technicians, and internal teams.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, user guides, and e-learning content.
- Collaborate with technical or marketing teams to ensure training content is aligned with product updates and company strategy.
- Build and maintain a question bank for training assessments and evaluations.
3. Event Coordination
- Plan and execute workshops, seminars, and product training events in coordination with other departments.
- Handle logistics such as venue booking, materials preparation, trainer schedules, participant registration, and event follow-up.
- Ensure training events run smoothly and efficiently, while also gathering post-event feedback to measure success.
- Maintain good relationships with external trainers, partners, and guest speakers.
4. Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze training data (attendance, results, feedback) and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Identify gaps in training and propose improvements or new training topics based on learner needs and market trends.
- Stay updated on the latest training methods and tools (e-learning, microlearning, blended learning) to enhance the learner experience.
- Support onboarding training for new employees and provide refresher sessions when needed.
