eB2B Project Executive, Digital Sales (1 year contract)

1.Micro Financing Operations:

• Support the end-to-end operational execution of eB2B Micro Financing programs, from eligibility selection to registration process and outlets usage which includes tracking and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the operational excellence throughout the customers journey, consolidate holistic report from internal HVN and external partners, followed a set of aligned KPI metrics.
• Collect market feedback about Micro financing and its solution from Salesforces, customers and partners and updates to key stakeholders on a regular basis with clear implications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the micro-financing workflow, present potential risks with proposed action plan of mitigation to achieve project objectives.

2.eB2B Projects Execution (eB2B value propositions)

• Conduct internal and external surveys to collect insights, pain points of key users that present opportunities of value creation.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various eB2B projects which solidify platform value propositions
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying potential risks and issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular project status reports, performance analyses, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication channels within project teams and with external partners.
• Support the development and implementation of new eB2B features and enhancements from ideation to market launch.
