Lead and manage the planning of the digital acquisition strategy
Plan, executed, and measured all digital marketing, including Performance ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok ads) and display advertising campaigns, including constant experimenting and AB testing, to optimize cost efficiency and maximize ROI
Oversee and evaluate the performance of other digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to optimize CAC, ROI for Digital Marketing campaign
Conduct keyword analysis and market research to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to improve the website's ranking on search engines
Work with affiliate partners; and other partners' channels for acquisition growth
Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor, report, and analyze website and advertising campaign performance
Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights
Generate ideas and write ad content that accurately reflects customer insights
Own the relationship with Ops and other internal functions (Product, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, CS) to ensure alignment and secure the support needed
Collaborate with partners to support Business Development (BD) initiatives, assisting in the operational execution and deployment of projects for smooth implementation and growth.
Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong experience and track record with digital marketing planning & optimization
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and managing digital campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, preferably in Saas/ mobile app business
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Open mindset, get updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
