Design scenarios & execute campaigns to support business to various customer segments/ product to build engagement
Manage and operate Martech systems to support automated communication to acquire, retain and engage customers
Work with Martech vendor/ platform or IT/ developer to implement and leverage scenarios by combining business requirement and platform resources
Support business teams with MarTech management solutions
Manage timeline and priority of each campaign base on business situation
Implement creative material of email templates, landing pages, SMS/Zalo ZNS, banners/ push notification, video and other dynamic creatives etc.
Craft marketing automation workflows along with media (email, Zalo ZNS/SMS, web/app banner, push, etc.) calendar planning, campaign implementation and execution.
Monitor, report and analyze performance to improve open rates, click through, conversion rates, and optimize the strategy and journey.
Analyze past and current campaign performance & propose ways to increase engagement through analytical learnings. Execute A/B tests and other optimization strategies where necessary.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Data, HTML/CSS templates, list segmentation, email system and other aspects of email execution, as required.
Keep a track of budgets and expense for Martech vendor base on model (price per Active customer, prices per user)
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Marketing, Ecommerce or a technical field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of digital marketing, Campaign management, UX/UI, product and distribution
Familiarity with database management, Analytics like Google/ Firebase Analytic, Facebook, Mobile measure platform…
Strong analytical skills with experience using various testing methodologies.
Experience working with Marketing automation platform like Insider, Salesforce MKT cloud, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamic 365…
Experience working with IT /Developer and Business team beside ability to handle work through multiple agencies and vendors
Experience presenting channel strategy and campaign results to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
