Your role & responsibilities
Responsible for product launch deployments, server setup, deployment, monitoring, optimization, upgrades, daily maintenance, security management, alarm handling, and emergency response to failures.
Perform updates, releases, and adjustments for related product modules on a regular basis.
Ensure performance and stability of online services, safeguard the stability of the entire operational chain, and enhance user experience.
Handle emergencies to ensure the secure and stable operation of systems, networks, and services, taking responsibility for business stability.
Manage cloud resources, control operating costs, and optimize routine operational practices and workflows.
Optimize server performance for overseas network access.
Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.
Proficiency in the Linux operating system, including installation, deployment, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with maintenance of common software such as Nginx, Apache, Git, and Jenkins.
Understanding of configuration and maintenance of services like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Memcached, ELK, and GitLab.
Skilled in using Shell or Python; experience in developing tools or maintaining existing platforms or systems is preferred, with strong Python skills being an advantage.
Proficient in container technologies such as Docker.
Familiar with monitoring and alerting systems like Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus, including custom alert scripts and their configuration and maintenance.
Experienced in using and maintaining Alibaba Cloud products such as ECS and RDS.
Knowledgeable in CDN technology and proficient in using and maintaining at least one CDN platform.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with strong learning and documentation skills, excellent communication, and a strong sense of responsibility. Passionate about operational technology, with a good sense of teamwork, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
