Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field
Total working experience 10+ years in technology services, consulting or relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in successfully designing and executing strategy, achieving a sales target and service delivery, while mentoring and leading a growing team and its sound operations.
Must have coverage experience on FSI (Banking and Insurance), Insurance, Retail & Manufacturing markets in Vietnam.
Knowledge and Skills:
Considered an expert on technology serivces and consulting as well as competitor's offerings to be able to sell simple to complex solutions.
Understands the Vietnam industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated and integrates this knowledge into consultative selling.
Cultivates & maintains positive relationships with customers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure account retention, growth & profitability, and positions the company as the preferred business partner for meeting all business needs.
Leads and facilitates Business planning, operates based on budget and adherence to policies and procedures, collaborates with support leaders towards successful growth of the Company while maintaining a positive P&L of the covered divisions.
Oversight experience in technology services & consulting delivery.
Represents the Company as an ethical leader and trusted advisor while still achieving customer centricity.
To be Successful in the Role:
Proven sales and delivery track record in selling technology services and consulting in the Vietnam Market. Has the ability to identify emerging opportunity areas, qualify and win strategic deals. Must do his/her own qualification and winning of deals, aside from supporting his team to build and win opportunities.
Proven experience in managing and mataining a positive and growing Line of Business, Division or Company P&L. Has hands on experience in influencing the positive growth trajectory of a LOB/Division /Company.
Proven Experience in delivery oversight as an account/portfolio manager.
Proven ability to facilitate virtual and regional team to move a sale/deal, develop creative solutions to complex problems, support effective and efficient operations;
Proven aptitude to learn and maintain up to certain level of technical competency in order to be able to effectively articulate the complex business solutions to address customer requirements.
Very good written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese and English), strategic selling skills, skills in analysing and evaluating territory/account dynamics to develop and implement a solutions sales and delivery plan.
Must exudes characteristics of an Effective Leader to the organization, and a Trusted Business Advisor to customers
