Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers (both internal and external) to gather and clarify their requirements.
- Perform analysis and create documentation for business requirements specifications, use case designs, prototype/wireframe interfaces, and business processes (workflow, BPMN) for the software development team.
- Analyze risks related to software products and databases, and propose solutions for mitigation (if any); contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the software product and technology solutions.
- Collaborate closely between the development team and other customer teams to ensure proper coordination and correct execution of software product development project requirements.
- Proactively work with the development and quality assurance teams to ensure the quality of the software product.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related work.
- Graduated in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in documenting user requirements, business processes, business analysis, system development, and software specification.
- Ability to create and design business requirements specification documents and develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.
- Proficient in using design and analysis tools (Power Designer, Visio, etc.).
- Experience with business-related issues or the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking in system analysis.
- BABOK or CBAP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP, CRM, mobile apps, or e-commerce is a significant advantage.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Agile projects, especially in the travel domain
