We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
Responsibilities
- Collect and Analyze customer needs
- Design and develop ERP system (suggest solutions)
- Write business analysis documents
- Write functional requirements documents
- Coordinate with project team members (including Project Manager, Developers, etc.)
- Test software to ensure proper operation according to design requirements
- Write user manuals
- Train software usage and delivery products
- Support customers throughout the project implementation process
- Present products and advise solutions to new customers
Requirements
- Confident reading comprehension in English (level B2+ CEFR)
- Fast learning and proactive
- Proficient in office tools such as Google Drive / Sheets
- Good communication (speaking and writing)
Competencies Required
- Preferably with experience with Odoo or other famous ERP systems
Skills & Abilities
- Should have detail-oriented and logical characteristics with open mindset
- Able to communicate with all levels of the management, energetic, assertive and able to achieve bottom line result
