We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back End Developer. In this role, you will be the technical owner for backend services powering our web and mobile products — designing, implementing, testing and operating robust, high-performance server-side systems.

Responsibilities

Backend: 

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in backend development practices and lead implementation of scalable, maintainable backend systems.
  • Analyze high-level requirements and translate them into technical designs and deliverable tasks.
  • Produce clean, testable code and maintain high standards for code quality, observability and documentation.
  • Build and expose robust APIs (RESTful / GraphQL) for web and mobile clients; ensure backward compatibility and clear versioning.
  • Implement and maintain automated tests (unit & integration), CI/CD pipelines and deployment scripts.
  • Troubleshoot functional, performance and reliability issues, conduct performance profiling and optimization.
  • Mentor developers, promote best coding practices, and foster collaborative team culture.
  • Follow secured coding practices and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

Must-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3+ years professional backend development experience (Senior/Lead: 10+ years preferred).
  • Command a strong understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET including asynchronous programming, TPL, LINQ, lambda expressions and threading concepts.
  • Solid experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and at least one NoSQL system (Redis, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and unit testing frameworks (e.g. xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical experience with containerization and deployment (Docker); familiarity with CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and collaborate in agile teams.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing).

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Vue/Ember/React), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Kubernetes, Terraform, OAuth2/JWT.
  • Experience or interest in AI/ML integrations and observability tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
