Đảm nhiệm vai trò dẫn dắt chiến lược và triển khai các sáng kiến tự động hóa trên toàn doanh nghiệp, vị trí này có trách nhiệm xây dựng và thực thi lộ trình tự động hóa cho Zeder Corporation. Mục tiêu chính bao gồm | Taking on the role of leading the strategy and implementation of enterprise-wide automation initiatives, this position is responsible for developing and deploying the automation roadmap for Zeder Corporation. Key objectives include:

Phát hiện và triển khai các cơ hội tự động hóa có tác động cao | Identify & implement high-impact automation opportunities.
Trực tiếp thiết kế, phát triển và vận hành các hệ thống tự động hóa | Directly design, develop & operate automation systems.

Responsibilities

Xây dựng & dẫn dắt lộ trình tự động hóa toàn doanh nghiệp | Define and lead enterprise-wide automation roadmap with a clear distinction between agentic and non-agentic automation use cases.
Xác định các cơ hội tự động hóa có tác động cao ở nhiều bộ phận như vận hành, hỗ trợ khách hàng, marketing, logistics | Identify high-impact opportunities to implement automation across departments (e.g. operations, customer support, marketing, logistics).
Tư vấn, đào tạo nội bộ về các hướng tích hợp AI và tự động hóa | Educate and consult with internal teams on automation potential and AI integration paths.
Tạo khung đánh giá để lựa chọn mô hình tự động hóa phù hợp | Create clear frameworks for automation decision-making (e.g. when to use agentic reasoning versus structured workflows).
Trực tiếp xây dựng, thử nghiệm và triển khai các quy trình tự động hóa bằng n8n hoặc Make.com, bao gồm các tính năng nâng cao như điều kiện logic; webhooks, API calls; xử lý lỗi; node tùy chỉnh bằng JavaScript hoặc Python | Develop and deploy robust automations using n8n or Make.com, including advanced workflows requiring conditional logic; webhooks, API calls; error handling and retry logic; node-based customs functions using JavaScript or Python.
Xây dựng các hệ thống AI agentic kết hợp lập kế hoạch, sử dụng công cụ và ra quyết định bằng LLM (trợ lý OpenAI, đại lý nguồn mở, LangChain hoặc AutoGen) | Build agentic AI workflows that combine planning, tool use and decision-making using LLMs (e.g. OpenAI Assistants, open-source agents, LangChain or AutoGen).
Tích hợp LLM vào hệ thống Zeder để xử lý các tác vụ như tóm tắt, định tuyến tài liệu, ra quyết định dựa trên câu lệnh và quy trình làm việc tự động | Integrate LLMs into Zeder systems to handle tasks such as summarization, document routing, prompt-based decisions and autonomous workflows.
Giám sát bảo mật và bảo trì tự động hóa để đảm bảo độ tin cậy lâu dài | Oversee automation security and maintenance to ensure long-term reliability.
Dẫn dắt và đào tạo đội ngũ kỹ sư tự động hóa và phát triển AI | Lead and mentor a team of AI developers and automation engineers.
Phối hợp với các trưởng bộ phận để xác định nhu cầu, xây dựng tài liệu và triển khai các giải pháp tự động hóa giúp tinh gọn quy trình làm việc | Collaborate with HoDs to scope, document and deliver automations that streamline workflows.
Quản lý tài liệu nội bộ và tài liệu đào tạo để hỗ trợ mở rộng và chuyển giao | Maintain internal documentation and training materials to support scale and handover.
Bên cạnh các nhiệm vụ được nêu trên, người phụ trách vị trí này phải thực hiện các công việc có liên quan đến trách nhiệm được phân công bởi cấp quản lý | In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are essentially related to duties.

Requirements

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật, Cơ khí, Tự động hóa… | Graduated the university with major in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation…
Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh | Be good command at English.
Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm với n8n, Make.com hoặc các nền tảng tự động hóa tương đương | Have at least 3-year experience in n8n, Make.com or equivalent low-code automation platforms.
Có kiến thức vững chắc về tập lệnh và lập trình (JavaScript là bắt buộc; Python là lợi thế) | Possess strong programming & scripting knowledge (JavaScript required; Python is a bonus).
Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng quy trình tự động hóa phức tạp từ lên kế hoạch đến triển khai | Have proven experience in setting up complex automation systems – from planning through deployment & iteration.
Hiểu biết chuyên sâu về APIs, webhooks và tích hợp hệ thống | Demonstrated understanding of APIs, webhooks and integration protocols.
Am hiểu LLM và các tác nhân AI, bao gồm triển khai thực tế với các công cụ như OpenAI, Claude, cơ sở dữ liệu vector… | Show deep familiarity with LLMs and AI agents, including their deployment in practical automation scenarios (OpenAI, Claude, local LLMs, vector database…).
Có kinh nghiệm với kỹ thuật tạo lệnh, quản lý trạng thái/ghi nhớ qua nhiều hành động | Have experience in deploying prompt engineering strategies and managing agent memory/state across actions.
Có kiến thức về hệ thống thương mại điện tử (Magento 2, Stripe, nền tảng CMS) và biết cách phân tích quy trình (process mapping, SOP) là một lợi thế | Having familiarity with eCommerce systems (Magento 2, Stripe, CMS platforms) and understanding of process mapping (VSM, SOP analysis) is a plus.
Có kinh nghiệm với giám sát hệ thống và hiểu biết về DevOps, CI/CD, container deployment (cho các trường hợp dùng LLM nâng cao) là một điểm cộng | Have experience with automation observability and exposure to DepOps, CI/CD pipelines or container-based deployment (for more advanced LLM use cases).
