Galaxy Connect, a member of Galaxy Holdings, specializes in providing advanced contact center systems and services. The Account Director plays a pivotal role in driving strategic client partnerships and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, managing customer and supplier processes, and ensuring financial health through effective contract and cash flow management. Acting as the key client partner, the Account Director builds trusted, long-term relationships by tracking progress, providing solutions, and fostering mutual growth.

In addition, the Account Director leads cross-functional collaboration, oversees risk management, and makes critical decisions in high-pressure situations to ensure organizational safety and effectiveness. With strong leadership and team development skills, this role requires the ability to recruit, mentor, and empower high-performing teams while maintaining a sharp focus on delivering value and building trust with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, including customer processes, supplier processes, resource allocation and customer management.
  • Responsible for monitoring, reporting project KPIs, solutions, and adjustments.
  • Set up appropriate processes for each customer and project to ensure regular cash flow according to signed contracts.
  • Be the focal point of contracts to ensure benefits and no risks for the company.
  • Manage steps to ensure project progress (contracts, estimates, payments) at suppliers and customers.
  • Closely engage and become a trusted partner of clients to track progress, identify solutions, and grow together. Hands-on capability with the ability to build strong and long-lasting client relationships
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to handle related and arising issues and provide solutions.
  • Attending Weekly Meetings with Clients to share insights and highlights of operations.
  • Attending to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO/Director
  • And another tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Have experience from 8 years in Director/ Senior Director roles, such as Account/ Business Development Director or other relevant senior leadership positions.
  • Have experience at least 10 years in the Call Center Services, Technology, Aviation or Banking,…
  • Have knowledge of technology trends to handle, be the point of contact, and thoroughly solve problems.
  • Recruit and develop the team: responsible for selecting suitable team members and overseeing the onboarding process.
  • Priority given to those with start-up experience as the person directly building the company/team where establishing good relationship with key customer accounts.
  • Be the person who directly makes correct and timely decisions when faced with emergency situations.
  • Risk management, flexible problem solving to make all activities of the organization take place safely and effectively, while creating value and trust for stakeholders.
  • Essential skills: leadership and organization, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, analytical and research abilities, technology and priority given to those with CEO experience.
