Metasource is looking for a Immigration Specialist (Work Permit & Visa) to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage immigration and work permit processes for international clients and expatriates in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with local regulations. The main responsibility is to handle work permits, visas, and residence procedures for expatriates employed by our clients in Vietnam.
Receive and request client information, provide consultation, directly prepare documents, and handle procedures for entry approval letters, criminal record checks, work permits, temporary residence cards, various types of visas, and other immigration services.
Support clients with medical check-ups, temporary residence confirmations, and coordinate with related third parties when necessary (e.g., booking medical appointments, VIP airport/border pick-up).
Process documents according to specific regulations, requirements, timelines, and procedures for each case.
Manage, track, and remind clients to complete and supplement documents until all paperwork is ready for processing.
Follow up, provide customer care, support, guidance, and respond to client inquiries throughout the entire application process.
Support sales activities and provide immigration service consultations.
Research and stay updated on the latest policies regarding entry, visa applications, work permits, and temporary residence cards for foreigners in Vietnam, as well as related Vietnamese legal regulations and procedures such as health checks, translation, and notarization—ensuring complete and accurate information before handling client applications.

Female candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law are preferred.
Experience in handling work permit, visa, and TRC procedures for foreign experts in Vietnam (not for Vietnamese going abroad)
Proficient in consulting procedures and preparing documents for work permits, entry approval letters, temporary residence cards, and various types of visas.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the work permit–visa field.
Strong communication skills and tactful in handling arising situations.
Enthusiastic, honest, detail-oriented, dedicated to the profession, and committed to long-term development with the company.
Good English proficiency.
