4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with frontend developers, marketing teams, content creators, etc., to implement designs.
5. Analyze Design Trends: Continuously learn the latest web design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Design Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Sketch, Figma, PowerPoint.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Graphic Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Not required, have experience in web design is preferred.
• Language: Intermediate or higher level of English.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project experience: Experience in website projects, experience in responsive web design.
• Certification: Holder of relevant design certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert).
