• Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear insights and user personas
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into the product development cycle
• Present research findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops
• Develop and maintain research documentation, protocols, and best practices
• Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and methodologies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field
• 2 years of experience in UX research or a similar role
• Proficiency in research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Lookback)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with usability testing, journey mapping, and persona development
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Notion)
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams
