1. Design Quality/System Ownership

• Define and maintain design quality standards across interaction and visual patterns. 
• Own the design system, continuously improve to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of use.
• Act as the final gate (review/critique) to ensure design outputs are delivery-ready and aligned with scope, timelines, and business goals.

 

2. Team Competency Developement

• Assess the individual competency of team members and identify skill gaps.
• Raise the overall knowledge level of the design team through mentoring, design reviews, and shared learning.
• Foster a culture of user-centered thinking, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

 

3. User Research/Insight Practices 

• Lead and actively conduct user research to inform product direction and design decisions.
• Ensure insights are translated into clear problem definitions and actionable recommendations.
• Promote evidence-based decision making culture over opinion-driven discussions.

 

4. Hands-on Design Contribution (Agile/Scrum)

• Actively contribute as a senior, collaborate with BA/PO, Dev and Tester within a Scrum team when required, though not at all the times.
• Participate in planning, refinement, and retrospective activities to ensure design is well integrated into delivery.
• Support Scrum teams by providing design direction, feedback, and alignment when needed.

Must have 

• 5+ years in UX/UI or Product Design (or equivalent experience level)
• Proven experience designing for SaaS products or complex web-based platforms.
• Strong foundation in UX/interaction design, with hands-on experience planning and running user research.
• Strong visual skills, attention to detail, and ability to define a coherent design language.
• Proficient in English, ability to communicate ideas and feedback confidently in both written and spoken form.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

 

Nice to have 

• Experience as design ops or team lead/manager role.
• Experience working on B2B, e-commerce and/or affiliate marketing tools. 
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based products to improve efficiency.
