1. Liaison with oversea customers for import documents.
2. Preparation of shipping documentations.
3. Liaison with Customs for declaration form registration and goods inspection.
4. Carry out proper procedure for receiving the goods and arrange transportation to store/ company campus.
5. Carry out procedure for exporting and importing goods.
6. Responsible for storage and management export and import documents.
7. Support direct supervisor for other relevant task.

2. Chuẩn bị các thủ tục chứng từ cần thiết cho hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu.
3. Liên hệ hải quan đăng ký tờ khai và kiểm tra hàng hóa.
4. Làm thủ tục nhận hàng và đưa hàng về kho bãi.
5. Làm các thủ tục xuất và nhập khẩu hàng hóa.
6. Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ xuất nhập khẩu.
7. Hỗ trợ quản lý trực tiếp các công việc liên quan khác.
