Monitor suppliers charges standard
Monitor GPS and CCTV system and statistics
Monitor security of company container
Manage company trucking team and suppliers trucking team KPI
Be accountable for transport operations
Be in charge the short haul or Viet-Lao
Supervised transport team of 30 members and 15 tractors and trailers.
Coordinate with transport subcontractor for truck deployment in the normal and urgent cases
Drive the transportation operation team to correct and prevent any issues in transport

Your skills & qualifications
University Degree
5-7 years working experience in Logistics industry.
Experience in Cross Border Rail and Warehouse Management
Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation.
Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels.
