We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential Level 1.5 support for our ERP systems, with a primary focus on JD Edwards (JDE), or equivalent experience with SAP. You will be responsible for resolving user requests, managing system data, and ensuring the smooth operation of our critical business processes.

Responsibilities

Provide JDE Level 1.5 Support for RTR (Record to Report) and RP&A (Reporting, Planning & Analysis) streams.
Manage and respond to user requests via the ServiceNow (SNOW) service catalog.
Fulfill simple change requests within SNOW.
Provide support and guidance on ServiceNow usage.
Prepare comprehensive user documentation and work instructions.
Perform JDE monthly exchange rate uploads for all operating companies.
Conduct analysis and updates to align transaction batch statuses in JDE.
Monitor JDE incoming e-Bank Statements for new or erroneous files.
Perform Access Management and provide issue support for other Interface systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP if that is the candidate's ERP background.
