• Analyze requirements and design documents to create test plans. 
• Write detailed test cases that cover business workflows. 
• Prepare test data for functional testing and regression testing. 
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and UI testing for web applications. 
• Report bugs on bug tracking systems (such as Jira, Redmine, etc.) and collaborate with developers to verify issues. 
• Write test reports and propose improvements to the testing process when necessary. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. 
• At least 3–4 years of experience in QA/Testing for web applications. 
• Experience in writing test cases and creating test data manually or via scripts. 
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). 
• Familiar with at least one bug tracking tool (such as Jira, Redmine, etc.). 
• Ability to analyse business requirements and work proactively. 
• Detail-oriented, careful, with strong logical thinking and a high sense of responsibility. 
• Knowledge of automation testing is a plus. 
• Good reading and writing skills in English.
