Tester (Japanese N3+, Sign-on Bonus)

• Follow the project lifecycle and in-charge phase Integration Test to System test. 
• Responsible for validation of internal or customer.
• Select relevant test cases for regression testing.
• Setup review of test specifications.
• Execute test cases, and document test results and reports.
• Use research technology for assigned projects.
• Other tasks are assigned by the Manager.

1. Technical requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major.
• From 2+ years of working experience in a Tester position....
• Experienced in testing specific projects (PJ) such as ERP systems, HRM, etc.
• Ability to read & understand FD-DD documents. 
• Ability to self-write Q&A, write Test case Unit tests, and Integration tests.
• Experience with outsourcing/offshore processes. 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements. 

2. Other skills:

• Japanese skills (JLPT N3+) are a must.
• Excellent in logical thinking.
• Keen to learn new things at work.
• Problem-solving skills, concentration, proactive and independent.
• Good interpersonal & teamwork spirit.
• Able to work under high pressure.
