About Company
Talent Success’s client is looking for IT Talents working on-site in Hanoi.
Your role & responsibilities
The Core Job:
- Work closely with product managers to fully comprehend the most innovative conversational AI product including Widgets, Web Apps, and REST APIs.
- Design test strategy and detailed plan for each product release and assign tasks to team members.
- Execute the test plan together with other team members, create test reports, and work with engineering for bug fixes.
- Lead a team of 4-6 testers including hiring, training, and mentoring junior members.
- Ensure high-quality output of the test team at all times.
- Propose and lead team initiatives to improve the test team's knowledge, performance, and skills.
Your skills & qualifications
You Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in testing web apps.
- 3+ years of experience in leading test teams.
- BS or higher in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Must be able to work in a distributed team.
- Ability to work in a metrics-based, fast-paced, and dynamic team.
- Ability to learn fast.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Extra Bonus:
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS/JS, HTTP, and REST API concepts.
- Knowledge of other products and services in the market.
- Knowledge of different test types, test techniques & activities in the test process as defined by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
- Startup experience.
