We are looking for a skilled Test Lead to join our software development team. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the testing activities for our software projects. You will work closely with the development team to ensure high quality and reliable software delivery

Your role & responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Software Test Engineers to specify, design, implement, and evolve our testing processes and execution, together with the team.
  • Define and conduct training related to QA/QC
  • Define Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements.
  • Develop automated test scripts.
  • Conduct manual testing and automated testing.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs and their solutions.
  • Write Test Reports.
  • Communicating with Project Manager and customers on requirements and test results.
  • Work closely with the Developers for improving the developed software applications.
  • Research about latest test techniques/tools and verify usability for our projects

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a QA/Test Engineer position.
  • Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports.
  • Experience with various types of testing like unit, component, integration, system, performance, user acceptance, reliability, and usability testing
  • Knowledge about the software development process.
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Automation Testing.
