About Company
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. You will work with a team of talented software engineers, developing customized applications. The qualified candidate will coordinate and synchronize multiple software development teams and other external groups to design, build, test, and release software applications on time and with high quality.
Your role & responsibilities
- Working with clients to detail specific project deliverables
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Creating project plans for clients and team members
- Delegating project tasks to teams best suited to complete them
- Tracking project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements
- Ensuring that all budgetary objectives are met, making adjustments as needed
- Overseeing junior staff and teams to ensure that work continues on budget and schedule
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of project management and related experience
- Strong technical background to provide the right decisions to meet clients' requirements
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Advanced English speaking & writing skills
