Technical Product Manager

Talent Success’s client is looking for IT Talents working on-site in Hanoi.

The Core Job:

• Ability to work well with internal teams, including engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure that user story content and prioritization are aligned with larger strategic objectives.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Work within a software development methodology like AGILE.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Represent the technical product team in Vietnam and help engineers and QAs understand every single detail of each technical product feature.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

You Must Have:

• Proven working experience in project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with project management software tools such as Jira, Trello...
• Attitude: self-motivated, data-driven, responsible, detail-oriented, process-oriented, get things done.
• 4+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative Internet products with tons of users; including experience in an operational service delivery capacity.
