Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and functionalities based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives, ensuring that development efforts are focused on high-impact areas.
Technical Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders including traders, developers, and analysts to gather and define detailed technical requirements for platform enhancements and new features.
Platform Integration: Oversee the integration of proprietary trading platforms with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and the DX trading platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between systems.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyse platform performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements.
Risk Management: Implement risk management features and controls within the trading platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Security Enhancement: Work closely with cybersecurity experts to enhance the security posture of proprietary trading platforms, mitigating potential vulnerabilities and threats.
User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for traders, optimizing the user experience and enhancing platform usability.
Quality Assurance (QA): Define and implement QA processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, stability, and accuracy of proprietary trading platforms, conducting thorough testing and validation.
Release Management: Coordinate release schedules and deployment processes for platform updates and new releases, minimizing downtime and disruption to trading activities.
Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for traders and internal stakeholders, facilitating the adoption of new platform features and functionalities.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners involved in the development and maintenance of trading platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to service level agreements.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and compliance requirements relevant to proprietary trading platforms, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring tools and systems to track platform performance in real-time, proactively identifying and addressing issues to maintain optimal uptime and reliability.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the proprietary trading platform landscape, informing product development decisions.
Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyse trading data and derive actionable insights, guiding product enhancements and decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and iterate on proprietary trading platforms based on user feedback, performance metrics, and market dynamics, driving ongoing improvement and innovation.
Requirements
English Proficiency: Solid written and spoken English skills are paramount.
Customer Interaction: Ability to work with English-speaking customers from Australia and Eastern Europe.
Experience in Forex trading, popular market applications and tools.
Real-time Trading Platforms: Experience in supporting real-time trading platforms, customer support and interaction.
