Understand functional, migration, security and quality requirements, business process design, workflow design and user interface design;
Manage and support the project design repository and system environments;
Design programming workflow and supervise programming activities;
Provide technical support to Developers, and interact with various IT supports;
Assist in stress test and user acceptance test activities;
Perform peer review of codes, roll-out and conversion activities;
Lead the implementation for product backlog;
Work closely with various parties (external vendors and internal teams) for project execution

Your role & responsibilities

Your skills & qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
5+ years of overall developing software projects
3 + years of experience in a Team leader position
Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills;
Capable of covering work, handling flexible situations, ability to work independently and proactively.
Design pattern, System design and database : RDBM and NoSQL
Experience with system monitoring and caching
Experience with SCRUM/ Agile ,management tools: JIRA ,...
Experience with microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS,...
Proficiency in Typescript/ Javascript, ..
Working with a high performance system is a plus.
