We are looking for a Technical Leader with strong Fullstack .NET development experience to lead technical execution and support project delivery for Japanese clients. This role focuses mainly on Backend development (70%) while also contributing to Frontend development (30%), system architecture, CI/CD design, and technical mentoring for the development team.

Your role & responsibilities

Lead and support the development team in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain Fullstack applications using .NET technologies and modern Frontend frameworks.
Focus primarily on Backend architecture, API development, system integration, and performance optimization.
Contribute to Frontend development and UI implementation when required.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
Review source code, technical designs, and deliverables to ensure coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with PL/ PM, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical solutions.
Support troubleshooting, issue analysis, and technical risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide team members in technical skills and development best practices.
Participate in technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years as a Technical Leader role.
Strong experience in Fullstack .NET development:
Backend (~70%):
- ASP.NET Core / .NET Framework / Web API
- RESTful API design
- Database design & optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Frontend (~30%):
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
Strong Backend mindset with experience in system architecture and scalable application design.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Basic in Japanese (N4+ level or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
