Responsibilities

Join some parts or full lifecycle of software development.
Create design specifications independently.
Create systems design with instruction from Project Leader.
Do implementation as well as conduct reviews for others.
Lead/mentor/coach developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit tests, tests, and deployment.
Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Willing to take business trips or work overseas.
Other assignments from Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major.
At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Proven experience as a Technical Leader in web application development.
In-depth development experience in Frontend such as ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, etc.
Experience in backend-based languages (Java, .NET) is an advantage.
Being able to build a system from scratch and having knowledge of cloud base infrastructure (AWS).
Experience in reviewing source code and managing a team of developers.
Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.
Experience with outsourcing/offshore processes.
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements.

Other skills:

English: Toeic 600+ or equivalent communication proficiency, Japanese is a plus.
Responsible and a high level of delivery.
A strong analytical mindset.
Hard-working and self-driven.
Fearless and eager to meet new exciting and complex challenges every day.
Energetic team player with excellent communication skills.
