Your role & responsibilities
  • Lead a development team to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects. Promote Agile Scrum practices and values.
  •  Make key decisions on software design and implementations for areas of product.
  • Design and develop a unified vision for software characteristics and functions for applications in a suite.
  • Source for expert level knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies.
  •  Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
  •  Work with Product Management to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met within the scrum team for more than one application.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Experience using a modern object-oriented language (C#, Java).
  • Experience in Spring boot, JavaScript, Angular, PHP, SQL Server.
  • 5-6 years of experience in Back-end development.
  • Experience in DB design, software architecture design
  • Experience in UI/UX design (Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD)
  • Stays current on new frameworks and technologies for desktop, mobile and cloud.
  • 4+ years of delivering scalable solutions.
  • 4+ years of leading multiple projects successfully through their entire life cycle.
  • Good English communication and presentation skills.
  • 4+ years of experience with performance tuning and scaling for large workloads.
  • Experience working in a continuous integration and deployment development environment.
