Technical Lead

• Lead a development team to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects. Promote Agile Scrum practices and values.
• Design and develop a unified vision for software characteristics and functions for applications in a suite.
• Source for expert level knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
• Work with Product Management to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met within the scrum team for more than one application.
• Collaborate with Product Management to determine functional and non-functional requirements for existing software or applications….
• Make key decisions on software design and implementations for areas of product

• 8+ years of experience using a modern object-oriented language (C#, Java).
• Experience in Spring boot, J2EE, Web Services, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server.
• Experience in Front-end development, strong knowledge in the popular FE frameworks are the advantage (such as ReactJS, Angular, VueJS).
• Experience in DB design, software architecture design
• Experience in UI/UX design (Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD)
• Stays current on new frameworks and technologies for desktop, mobile and cloud.
• 4+ years of delivering scalable solutions.
• 4+ years of leading multiple projects successfully through their entire life cycle.
• English communication and presentation skills.
• 4+ years of experience with performance tuning and scaling for large workloads.
• Experience working in a continuous integration and deployment development environment
