Your role & responsibilities

Lead a development team to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects. Promote Agile Scrum practices and values.
Design and develop a unified vision for software characteristics and functions for applications in a suite.
Source for expert level knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies.
Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
Work with Product Management to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met within the scrum team for more than one application.
Collaborate with Product Management to determine functional and non-functional requirements for existing software or applications….
Make key decisions on software design and implementations for areas of product

Your skills & qualifications

8+ years of experience using a modern object-oriented language (C#, Java).
Experience in Spring boot, J2EE, Web Services, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server.
Experience in Front-end development, strong knowledge in the popular FE frameworks are the advantage (such as ReactJS, Angular, VueJS).
Experience in DB design, software architecture design
Experience in UI/UX design (Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD)
Stays current on new frameworks and technologies for desktop, mobile and cloud.
4+ years of delivering scalable solutions.
4+ years of leading multiple projects successfully through their entire life cycle.
English communication and presentation skills.
4+ years of experience with performance tuning and scaling for large workloads.
Experience working in a continuous integration and deployment development environment
