Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our engineering teams and developing and operating our projects from European and Singaporean clients.

• Technical leader for project teams for web/mobile app development.
• Work together with the client on requirements, planning, and progress.
• Manage the project team, organize the work’s structure to maximize the performance of each individual, and support and motivate team members.
• Supervise the project’s progress and schedule; adjust the activities as required.
• Perform reviews of the team’s deliverables, like architecture designs, test reports, the application.
• Coach team members and provide training to colleagues.
• Review the project’s deliverables.

• University degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of work experience in software development.
• Experience in leading a development team.
• Experience in software development of web/mobile applications and testing processes.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Strong time & task management skills.
• Enthusiastic, detailed, and highly responsible.
• Proficient in English writing and speaking.
