About Company
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our engineering teams and developing and operating our projects from European and Singaporean clients.
Your role & responsibilities
- Technical leader for project teams for web/mobile app development.
- Work together with the client on requirements, planning, and progress.
- Manage the project team, organize the work’s structure to maximize the performance of each individual, and support and motivate team members.
- Supervise the project’s progress and schedule; adjust the activities as required.
- Perform reviews of the team’s deliverables, like architecture designs, test reports, the application.
- Coach team members and provide training to colleagues.
- Review the project’s deliverables.
Your skills & qualifications
- University degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of work experience in software development.
- Experience in leading a development team.
- Experience in software development of web/mobile applications and testing processes.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Strong time & task management skills.
- Enthusiastic, detailed, and highly responsible.
- Proficient in English writing and speaking.
