Your role & responsibilities
Technical leader for project teams for web/mobile app development.
Work together with the client on requirements, planning, and progress.
Manage the project team, organize the work’s structure to maximize the performance of each individual, and support and motivate team members.
Supervise the project’s progress and schedule; adjust the activities as required.
Perform reviews of the team’s deliverables, like architecture designs, test reports, the application.
Coach team members and provide training to colleagues.
Review the project’s deliverables.

Your skills & qualifications
University degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 4 years of work experience in software development.
Experience in leading a development team.
Experience in software development of web/mobile applications and testing processes.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Strong time & task management skills.
Enthusiastic, detailed, and highly responsible.
Proficient in English writing and speaking.
