Architecture & Infrastructure: Take ownership of system architecture design and cloud infrastructure management on AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, etc.), ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
Product Development: Drive hands-on development for complex APIs and backend services using Kotlin, Spring Boot, or NodeJS; integrating modern technologies like GraphQL and gRPC.
Project & Timeline Management: Collaborate closely with Product Managers to plan, estimate resources, and take full accountability for project delivery timelines and quality.
Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, lead, and mentor engineering team members; establish coding standards, robust code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex system issues, identifying root causes rather than applying workarounds; continuously drive technical excellence and process improvements.

Your skills & qualifications
Experience: At least 7 years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
Backend Mastery: Proficient in statically typed languages, specifically Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot), with solid experience in NodeJS.
Architectural Knowledge: Deep expertise in Microservices architecture, API design (GraphQL, gRPC, REST), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services), specifically EKS (Kubernetes), Docker, and modern CI/CD automation.
Management Skills: Proven ability to lead engineering teams, manage technical roadmaps, and ensure project delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Language: Business-level English proficiency and Native Vietnamese.
Nice to have: Familiarity with ReactJS/React Native or Functional Programming concepts.
