Tech Lead (.NET/Angular)

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining applications built primarily on .NET Core, with some legacy code in .NET Framework.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed features and actively participate in strategic planning.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, code quality standards, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Mentor developers, conducting regular code reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
• Actively contribute to modernizing the product, including UI upgrades, reducing technical debt, and rebranding efforts.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant experience in .NET Core and exposure to legacy .NET Framework codebases.
• Solid understanding of Angular for frontend development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or projects, demonstrating strong people skills and the ability to inspire team members.
• Excellent grasp of software development best practices, architectural patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to evaluate business requirements and propose viable technical solutions.
• Fluent in English, with clear communication skills in both understanding and speaking.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in distributed teams with international collaboration.
• Familiarity with tools for reducing technical debt and legacy system modernization.
