Tech Lead

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Will be trained to enhance your knowledges in a short period of time. Will be given an opportunity to lead team consists of 5-10 members.
  • Responsible for advising technology solutions for the team.
  • Responsible for breaking down tasks and give the estimation of completion times.
  • Responsible for giving direction for the team.
  • Communicate with clients frequently to discuss technology and requirements.

Your skills & qualifications:

  • Passion in IT and eager to learn new technology.
  • At least two years of experiences.
  • Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages (.NET, Java, Javascript, Python, PHP (FullStack is prioritized)
  • Knowledgeable and experience in complex enterprise system.
  • Proficient in at least one SQL and noSQL database management system.
  • Good English is a bonus, especially in speaking and listening.
  • Able to adapt to the new environment and technology in a good manner of time.
