TeamCenter Engineer (ActiveWorkspace, BMIDE, React)

• Design, configure, and customize TeamCenter PLM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain BMIDE data model configurations and extensions.
• Implement and enhance ITK (Integration Toolkit) and RAC (Rich Application Client) customizations.
• Develop and customize ActiveWorkspace (AWC) applications for an optimized user experience.
• Integrate TeamCenter with enterprise applications and other engineering systems.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance and security.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Vietnam and Korea to deliver high-quality PLM solutions.
• Develop front-end components using React for web-based PLM applications.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users.

• 3+ years of experience in TeamCenter development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, and ActiveWorkspace (AWC) development.
• Experience with C/C++, Java, and React for application development.
• Hands-on experience in TeamCenter workflows, access control, and business logic customization.
• Understanding of PLM concepts and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good English communication skills (Korean is a plus).

• Experience with Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms for PLM deployment.
• Knowledge of REST API development and integration.
• Prior experience working in a global development team
