We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. You’ll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts - focusing on identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across various technical and business roles.
You’ll also support Employer Branding to enhance Vinova’s reputation as a trusted and dynamic international tech company.
This role is ideal for someone who loves recruitment and has experience (or strong interest) in hiring across Singapore, SEA, or APAC markets.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a great candidate experience.
Proactively source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, tech communities, and referrals.
Maintain and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct market research and stay updated on talent trends, especially within SEA/APAC markets.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes and processes.
Ensure recruitment activities align with Vinova’s values and brand identity.
Support Employer Branding/Internal Communication activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT/Tech industry.
Experience or strong interest in recruiting for Singapore/SEA/APAC markets is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in ATS and digital sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Good at English communication.
