Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment (analysis, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation) for IT (70%) and Non-IT (30%) positions.
Sourcing & Talent Pool: Proactively source candidates using advanced techniques (e.g., Boolean search) and build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, applicants, and hiring managers.
Employer Branding: Participate in recruitment events (job fairs, seminars) and recommend new sourcing tools/strategies.
HR General: Employee Relations & Engagement. Support HR General tasks as needed.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as an IT Headhunter & Non-IT TA or in a similar role.
Sourcing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search.
Communication: Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (TOEIC 650+).
Knowledge: Good understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations.
Skills: Excellent persuasion, interpersonal, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
