Full Recruitment Process Participation (A-Z):

• Candidate sourcing & outreach
• Screening & discussion
• Interview coordination & feedback management
• Offer submission & contract processing
• Participation in Employer Branding activities, building recruitment brand presence across social channels
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, internal personnel, and external recruitment partners.

• Available for full-time commitment for at least 4 months, with intention to become a permanent employee after internship
• Background knowledge/experience in Recruitment/Sales/Marketing is an advantage
• Proactive mindset, flexibility, confident communication skills, and willingness to learn.
