• Monitor and maintain the reliability and availability of the company’s digital infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and applications.
• Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users. Conduct post-incident analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
• Collaborate with the other team to perform capacity planning and ensure that systems have sufficient resources to handle expected growth and traffic spikes.
• Deployment servers and storages as requirement of project at IDC.

Qualifications: Graduated from University of Science and Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineer.

Experience:

• Experience working with: Linux, HP-UX, AIX, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V and platform services running on that.
• Experience working with server and storage system of IBM, Dell, HPE.
• Experience or knowledge of network, security, database, monitoring, backup tools, …
