Maintain, operate and support our Windows Server based Cloud Platform
Maintain and support our managed public cloud services based on Azure and Office 365
Work on migration projects to onboard our clients to Office 365, Azure and/or our cloud platform
Setup and operate Office 365 and Azure services (VMs, vNets, Azure Monitor, Azure AD, ATP)
Manage and develop our server environment based on Hyper-V, SCVMM, SCCM, SCOM, Citrix XenApp, NetScaler
Work in collaboration with our Switzerland and Vietnam based teams
Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our helpdesk and clients
Ensure all processes meet the required professional standards according to ITIL

Your skills & qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Good knowledge in modern public cloud solutions like Office 365 and Azure IaaS
Several years of experience working with Windows Server environments (2012R2/2016/2019), including AD, GPO, DNS and PowerShell
Interested in information security and identity & threat protection
Optional knowledge in any of the following technologies is beneficial: System Center (VMM/SCOM/SCCM), Exchange, Citrix XenApp, FSLogix, Azure Log Analytics, Defender ATP, Veeam, network, Scripting with PowerShell
Microsoft certification (Azure or MCSA/E) is a plus
Responsible, reliable and solution-oriented
Very good level of English
