The Software Sales Manager require to drive revenue growth by selling software solutions. This role involves strategic planning, pipeline management, and fostering client relationships. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with market needs and company goals.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Planning  

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.  
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine approaches.  
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.  

2. Team Leadership & Development  

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.  
  • Set performance metrics, conduct reviews, and provide coaching.  
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.  
  • Monitor pipeline health and forecast sales accurately.  
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress and optimize workflows.  

4. Client Relationship Management  

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.  
  • Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.  
  • Negotiate contracts and manage renewal processes.  

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration  

  • Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.  
  • Work with Product teams to relay customer insights and influence roadmap priorities.  

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, quota attainment) and adjust strategies as needed.  
  • Present detailed reports to senior leadership on sales performance and forecasts.  

7. Industry & Budget Management  

  • Stay updated on software industry trends and emerging technologies.  
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Software or related field.  
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in software sales, including at least1 years in leadership.  
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, proven track record of exceeding targets, having Digital Map knowledge an advantage. 
  • Must be able to speak English
