Job Purpose
This role is to manage activities and deploy the system of information technology application related to life insurance (Agent/GA compensation)
Your role & responsibilities
- Consulting implementation of software solutions for management of life insurance products, coordinating IT technical support for departments in the company
- Directly operate activities related to the core system department such as design, programming to ensure quality and compatibility of the program
- To set up the working plan for the team to reach the objects of department by on-going and periodically basis
- Ensure members in the department write the application program in a timely manner with the most reasonable cost
- Support departments in making IT related decisions
- To manage controlling month-end, quarter-end and year-end processing at technical side to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of Life Asia system for business continuity
- Manage the Team members, appraise their performance and direct their career development plan
- Develop plans according to monthly and quarterly tasks
Job Accountability
This role is to ensure accurate and smooth operation of LifeAsia through the full ownership of source codes and data structure in the development environment
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 5 years in software field and experience in designing, developing and/or supporting in foreign companies/ software company
- At least 5 years of developer in Life Asia system
- Experience in CL, Cobol, Smart400, BO, AS400
- Strong management, coaching skill
- Able to work under high pressure
- Team work spirit
